Reporting Fraud or Other Concern
The Audit Department takes all complaints seriously. If you suspect theft, fraud, abuse, or non compliance with federal or local regulations (HIPAA, Medicare billing), please contact us. Include as much information as possible. If available, please include the name of the person suspected of theft or fraud, when the theft or fraud started, when it ended, and any other people who may have information. The more information you provide us with, the more thoroughly we can investigate your complaint. You may remain anonymous if you choose, but that may limit our ability to investigate.
Please do not contact us with complaints related to HR or Diversity. Those should be directed to the appropriate department.
