Conditions of Approval

A Citizen Access Portal account is REQUIRED to access/pay for permits.

Prior To Permit Issuance – are items that need to be addressed/submitted before permit(s) can be cleared for issuance.

Permit contact is sent an email with the conditions of approval as an attachment (must open the attachment to view the condition details) when the permit is placed in “Ready to Issue” status.

Clark County Water Reclamation approval required prior to issuance of any building permits. Contact Customer Service at 702-668-8120.

- Clark County Water Reclamation may meet the condition through the system OR email receipt (System Development Approval) to ePlanIssuance@ClarkCountyNV.gov

Paper Plans - Over the Counter Payment Only -

This Permit is associated with a paper plan review. Stamped drawings and other support documentation must be processed in conjunction with payment. Therefore, payment must be made at our permit office located at 4701 W. Russell Rd.

Plans Exam Hold -

Revise Inspection Agency Agreement prior to issuance of revision.
