Commercial Minor: 14 days
Commercial 7 Day: 7 days
Standard Plan: 21 days
Custom Single Family Residence: 21 days
Residential Minor: 14 days
Revisions: 10 days
Phased Projects: 42 days
Correction / All subsequent reviews: 10 days

NOTE:

Commercial Projects have a valuation of $250,000 or greater.
Commercial Minor have a valuation less than $250,000 and do not qualify for the 7 day queue.
Commercial 7 Day must have Zoning approval and a valuation less than $100,000.
Residential Minor are all residential projects that are not standard plans or custom homes.
Phased Projects must be approved through a Phased Design Agreement

Fire Prevention

First Review Timeframe Goals
Fire Alarm Systems: 20 days or 10 days
Fire Suppression & Extinguishing Systems: 20 days or 10 days
Civil Underground: 20 days or 10 days
Fire Apparatus Access Road: 20 day or 10 day
Two-Way Communications: 20 day or 10 day

Review Timeframe Goals Annual Operational
All Permits: 10 days or 20 days

Review Timeframe Goals Temporary Operational
Exhibit and Trade Show & Membrane Building Structure, tent or canopy (Range 1 or 2): Immediate, 3 days, 5 days, 10 days
Exhibit and Trade Show & Membrane Building Structure, tent or canopy (Range 3 or 4): Immediate, 3 days, 10 days, 20 days
All Other Permits: 10 days or 20 days
