Damage Assessments

Clark County Department of Building & Fire Prevention will provide an optional service for an on-site damage assessment inspection, to be performed prior to the issuance of any permit(s) for repair(s) of a building or structure due to damage resulting from fire, water, wind, vehicle impact, structural vandalism, or any other cause for which a permit would be required per Clark County Building Administrative Code. Once the Damage Assessment Inspection is complete the Building Inspector will furnish the property owner or their representative with a copy of the Damage Assessment Inspection Report.
