Real Estate Agent Referral

The Clark County Community Land Trust (CLT) Program welcomes referrals from licensed real estate professionals who are supporting prospective homebuyers in finding attainable housing.

How the Referral Process Works

1. Submit the Referral Form

Please note that you must have a valid and active license.

2. Homebuyer Registers for a CLT Orientation

To get started, the prospective homebuyer must register for and attend a CLT Orientation session.

3. Homebuyer Completes the CLT Application

After completing the orientation, the prospective homebuyer submits the CLT application. Please note: The homebuyer must identify you as their real estate agent on the application.

4. Referral Fee Eligibility

If the prospective homebuyer qualifies for the CLT Program and closes escrow on a CLT home, the referring real estate agent will receive the applicable referral fee in the amount of $3,000 paid at close of escrow.

Referral submission does not determine program eligibility. All applicants must meet CLT requirements and complete the full application process.
