The Quarry/Sunrise Highlands project contains approximately 160 acres and is located on the southeast corner of Sahara Avenue and Hollywood Boulevard in the Sunrise Manor Township.  The eastern boundary is along Los Feliz and the southern boundary is Vegas Valley Drive.  Pardee Homes of Nevada, Inc. is the developer of the project.  They are expected to construct approximately 920 residential units with an estimated population of 2,293.

Contributions include:

• Estimated $404,104 for parks
• Estimated $58,053 for fire services
• Estimated $20,396 for police services

The Development Agreement was approved by the Clark County Commission on February 5, 2003.  Construction is expected to begin by the second half of 2003. 

Quarry/Sunrise Highlands Code Requirements

A version of the Title 30 Development Code was “locked-in” for the Quarry/Sunrise Highlands Master Planned Community on November 8, 2006.  This version of the code only applies to projects within the Quarry/Sunrise Highlands Major Projects development.
