Clark County Ordinance No. 2041 requiring real estate and subdivision offices to post zoning and master plan maps for an area one mile in circumference of their development became effective December 1, 1998. This ordinance affects all new residential subdivisions of more than ten lots within unincorporated Clark County. Compliance is enforced by Clark County Business License through the annual business license renewal process.

Zoning Disclosure Maps are available at Comprehensive Planning, Clark County Government Center, First Floor, 500 South Grand Central Parkway, Las Vegas.
