Stadium District Plan


Clark County is creating a community-driven land use and transportation plan around the Las Vegas Stadium. Ultimately, the Stadium District Plan will be presented to the Board of County Commissioners for adoption as a policy document that guides development in the area.

The plan will involve extensive public outreach and stakeholder engagement. Please contact us if you would like to add your e-mail address to the list of stakeholders or if you would like to provide input. As the project develops, additional information will be posted on this website.

UNLV Graduate Class Study
In coordination with UNLV Associate Professor Glenn Nowak, AIA, NCARB, a graduate class (AAE 775) in the School of Architecture conducted a study of the Stadium District as part of a semester-long project. The master planning ideas created by the students can be viewed on the link below.
