10-DAY NOTICE MOBILE HOME LOT:
This notice is for failure to pay rent, utilities charges or reasonable service fees. This is given when the tenant owns the mobile home but rents the lot. The tenant is given 10 calendar days to comply with the notice, move their mobile home or file for a court hearing.

5-DAY NUISANCE (MOBILE HOME):
This notice is for a tenant whose conduct constitutes a nuisance or which violates a state law or local ordinance. The tenant has 5 Judicial Days to comply or the landlord may apply for a 5-DAY UNLAWFUL DETAINER. 

180 DAYS NOTICE:
This notice is for a change in the use of the land by the landlord. 

45-DAY NOTICE:
This notice is if termination is for any other reason not stated above. 

5-DAY UNLAWFUL DETAINER:
This notice follows all other notices EXCEPT for nonpayment of rent. This gives the tenant a chance to contest the notice and request a court hearing. The tenant has 5 Judicial Days to do this.
