Civil Process Service includes Small Claim Documents, Family Law Documents, Subpoenas, etc.

The requirements for Civil Process Service are as follows: 

• 1 CIVIL PROCESS FORM MUST STATE WHETHER THE PAPERWORK MUST BE PERSONALLY SERVED OR IF IT CAN BE SUBSERVED. 
• 2 copies of every item to be served. 
• 1 Blank Affidavit of Service or Proof of Service form.  
• A self-addressed stamped envelope with sufficient postage to return one set of copies. 
• Fee in personal/cashier's check or money order (CONTACT THE CONSTABLE'S OFFICE FOR ACCURATE FEE AMOUNT.)
