Civil Process Service includes Small Claim Documents, Family Law Documents, Subpoenas, etc.
Below is a list of the requirements for Civil Process Service:
- One (1) CIVIL PROCESS FORM MUST STATE WHETHER THE PAPERWORK MUST BE PERSONALLY SERVED OR IF IT CAN BE SUBSERVED.
- Two (2) copies of every item to be served.
- One (1) Blank Affidavit of Service or Proof of Service form.
- A self-addressed stamped envelope with sufficient postage to return one set of copies.
- Fee in personal/cashier's check or money order (CONTACT THE CONSTABLE'S OFFICE FOR ACCURATE FEE AMOUNT.)
