The Office of the Clark County District Attorney charges the following fees for public record requests:
- Pursuant to NRS 239.055, a fee of $50/hour may be charged if processing a public records request requires “extraordinary use” of information technology staff. “Extraordinary use” is the processing of any request which requires more than 30 minutes to complete.
- Pursuant to NRS 239.055, a fee of 20 cents per page may be charged if processing a public records request requires “extraordinary use” of legal staff. “Extraordinary use” is the processing of any request which obviously contains confidential information and consists of more than 100 pages.
