Clark County District Attorney’s Office

The Conviction Review Unit (CRU) of the CCDA re-investigates cases of wrongful conviction, where there is new evidence of factual innocence for a conviction in Clark County, Nevada. The specific criteria for acceptance are set forth on our application form below. A defendant or attorney seeking to have a conviction reviewed should complete the Conviction Review Unit application and submit it to the CCDA.
