What We Can Do:
- We can enforce child support, health insurance, medical judgments and spousal support (only when child support is being collected for a minor child).
If the non-custodial (NCP) parent is self-employed or works for cash, other enforcement tools are used to collect support. It is important to remember that every case is unique; what works for one case may not work for others.
