Petition Area Designation for Buildings Open to the General Public
NRS 293.127565 requires that a specific area must be designated for the gathering of petition signatures at public buildings. On an annual basis, a notice of the designated areas is submitted to the Secretary of State and County Clerk/Registrar of Voters. The Secretary of State and County Clerk/Registrar of Voters will make the listing of designated areas available to the public.
