The Division of Air Quality (DAQ) has been delegated the authority, under the provisions of Nevada Revised Statute 445B.500 and by direction of the Clark County Board of County Commissioners, to implement and enforce an air pollution control program in Clark County, Nevada. The DAQ applies and enforces the Air Quality Regulations, which establish requirements for sources who emit or release air contaminants into the atmosphere.

In this section, you can access the Air Quality Regulations, the Guidelines to assist individuals in interpretation of specific regulatory requirements, information about the Air Pollution Control Hearing Board and Hearing Officers along with their respective agendas and the applicable forms to appeal issuance of regulatory actions, Hearing Officer Orders, and Authority to Construct or Operating Permits.

Air Quality has developed guidelines for source testing to assist the regulated community in interpreting the requirements for performance testing, gasoline dispensing operations vapor recovery testing and burner efficiency testing.
