Air Quality Fees
All checks and cashier's checks must be made payable to “Division of Air Quality,” “Air Quality,” or “DAQ.”
Any checks made payable to any other name will be returned to the sender.
Current Air Quality Fee Lists:
- Minor Stationary Sources billing codes and fees.
- Major Stationary Sources/Part 70 billing codes and fees.
- Dust Control Program and Asbestos Program billing codes and fees.
Fee lists are based on Section 18 of the Clark County Air Quality Regulations.
Invoice payments must comply with the Payment Instrument Validation and Acceptance Policy.
Fees are based on the Urban Consumer Price Index (CPI) and updated annually after the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics releases the December CPI update. The fees are usually updated in February, but may occasionally be updated in March because of a late release.
Air Quality Fee Lists, effective Feb. 12, 2026:
- Minor Stationary Sources billing codes and fees.
- Major Stationary Sources/Part 70 billing codes and fees.
- Dust Control Program and Asbestos Program billing codes and fees.
Fee lists EFFECTIVE Feb. 12, 2026, are based on proposed updated to Section 18 of the Clark County Air Quality Regulations.
All invoices issued by the Department of Environment and Sustainability, Division of Air Quality before February 12, 2026, are valid with the current rates.
Invoices issued and payments received online or in envelopes postmarked on or after Thursday, February 12, 2026, will be assessed the new fees.
