Air Quality Fees

All checks and cashier's checks must be made payable to Division of Air Quality, Air Quality, or DAQ.  
Any checks made payable to any other name will be returned to sender.

Current Air Quality Fee Lists:

• Minor Stationary Sources billing codes and fees.
• Major Stationary Sources/Part 70 billing codes and fees.
• Dust Control Program and Asbestos Program billing codes and fees.

Fee lists are based on Section 18 of the Clark County Air Quality Regulations.
Invoice payments must comply with the Payment Instrument Validation and Acceptance Policy.

Fees are updated once a year based on the Urban Consumer Price Index (CPI) after the
December CPI update is released by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. The fees are usually updated in
February (occasionally in March, due to a late release).
