How do Transform and All-In Clark County relate to each other?

Transform Clark County seeks to establish a cohesive, countywide vision for the future and an actionable strategy to achieve that vision. Transform Clark County includes a rewrite of Clark County’s key policy and regulatory documents—the Master Plan and Development Code. The Master Plan is a guidance document and the Development Code will become regulations. Transform Clark County applies to all the unincorporated areas of Clark County.

All-In Clark County is our action to address climate change and create a more sustainable future for all. Our plan will take a smart, bold, and inclusive approach to creating a sustainable community for the well-being and prosperity of all, today and for future generations. All-In first assessed opportunities within County Operations, adopted in February 2021. The next step is developing a community-wide plan. It will build on the values identified in Transform and take further steps to ensure the long-term sustainability of Clark County.
