Clark County, in partnership with federal, state, local and community agencies, operates a virtual Individual & Family Assistance Center (IFAC) to address immediate visitor and resident population needs; providing information, support and resources to those affected by population-threatening incidents.

About The Family Assistance Center (FAC): The FAC is here to address the immediate needs of impacted individuals and families in the event of a catastrophic event. The services provided by the FAC include, but are not limited to, victim advocacy, lodging, air travel, consulate services, ground transportation, counseling/spiritual care, legal assistance, securing identification documents, health insurance, workers compensation, health care assistance and more.
In the event of a major incident, the FAC will maintain daily hours from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. The center's operating location will be determined at the time of the emergency. Anyone unable to physically access the FAC, may request assistance by calling (702) 455-AIDE (2433) or for out-of-state callers, dial 1-(833) 299-2433.
