Fire Incident Reports are a written record documenting that CCFD personnel have responded to a call. There are two types of incident reports: Fire and Medical. Fire reports are public record, however, medical reports can only be released to the patient or individuals the patient designates with proper documentation. Incident reports will be released within 30 days of request.

You will be contacted after your request is processed regarding the amount owed. Please do not send money until we invoice you. We are unable to process refunds.
Forms of Payment:
Exact cash amount or check made payable to “Clark County Treasurer.” Payments can be mailed to 575 E. Flamingo Road or dropped off between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Once payment is received, your report can be faxed to your attention or obtained by you from our office.
Document Destruction Policy
As per NRS Chapter 450 B, reports and other records documenting fires, emergency medical incidents, and fire related investigations will be retained for six (6) years from the date of the incident.
