Labor Division

The Employee and Labor Relations Team's mission is to promote productive, positive, and professional manager-employee relationships between Clark County and all of its employees in an effort to cultivate a work environment that embraces the Clark County Core Values.  The team provides expert advice, guidelines and direction to managers, supervisors and employees on a wide range of employee and labor relations matters, processes grievances and/or disputes through the dispute resolution and disciplinary processes, as well as interprets and implements multiple collective bargaining agreements, County policies, and related State and Federal employment regulations.
