A. This court accepts Cash and other payments by Credit Card (Master Card/Visa), Debit card (Master Card/Visa), Money Order or Cashier's check.
-Valid Identification must be presented with forms of payment with the exception of cash.
A. The following options apply to tickets/citations issued for such infractions as speeding, failure to yield, improper passing, failure to adhere to signs and control devices, improper turns, improper lane use and following improperly.
Option #1 – Pay the full bail amount without attending traffic School (Points will be assessed)
- Pay the full amount shown on your ticket/citation in accordance with the Violation Code found on the front of the ticket/citation.
- The Court must receive the payment before the appearance date using one of the payment options as described above.
- No continuances are given over the phone for payment of bail.
Option #2 – Pay the full bail amount and attend traffic School (Points will NOT be assessed)
- Complete traffic school. This may be done in the area where you live. To locate a traffic school in your area, check the yellow pages or contact your local DMV office.
- Pay the full amount shown on your ticket/citation in accordance with the Violation Code found on the front of the ticket/citation.
- The Court must receive the payment before the appearance date using one of the payment options as described above.
- The Court must receive the original completion form/card given to you from traffic school. The Court must receive this document AND your payment no later than the court date shown on the face of your ticket/citation.
- Your charge will be amended to a non-moving violation with no points assessed against your driving record.
Option #3 – Appear in Court on your assigned Court Date.
A. Based on your individual circumstances, one of the following options may apply:
Option #1 – Insurance, Registration or License were current when the ticket/citation was received but you did not have proof in the vehicle.
- In lieu of your appearance in Court, you may make a copy of your proof and provide it to the court by fax, mail or e-mail on or before your original arraignment date (or the date on your ticket/citation) for the judge to review. Make sure that your name, address, phone number and ticket/citation number are included with your paperwork.
Option #2 – Insurance was not current when the ticket/citation was received but it is now.
- If the vehicle was not insured at the time but you have since acquired insurance you must appear in court with proof of insurance and pay a fine.
Option #3 – Insurance and/or registration were not current when the ticket/citation was received.
- If the insurance was not current and/or the registration was not current, you must either appear in court on the date and time shown on your ticket/citation or post full bail in lieu of your appearance.

G. YOU MUST APPEAR IN COURT
A. To recall a TRAFFIC BENCH WARRANT AND FAILURE TO APPEAR (FTA) you must take either of the following actions:
- Pay the FULL BAIL AMOUNT shown on the notice of warrant by mailing payment along with the ticket/citation to the Court at the address listed on the ticket/citation.
- Or, schedule an appearance in Traffic Court. Individuals coming to the court who have outstanding warrant(s) resulting from traffic tickets/citations will not be arrested in the Traffic Office. However, the warrant(s) will stay in effect UNTIL the court resolves the matter.
A. You must appear in court on the appearance date listed on the complaint for any of the following:
- Reckless driving.
- Driving on a suspended or revoked license.
- Fraudulent use of drivers license or license plates: includes borrowing, loaning, stolen, fictitious, not licensed or allowing unlicensed person to drive.
- All DWI or non-traffic charges.

If you have any questions as to whether these options apply to you, please call the Court Monday through Thursday at number shown above and speak with a clerk.
A. If you fail to appear on your court date and you have not paid the full bail and/or paid the full bail and attended traffic school and/or shown proof of insurance or registration.
- The Judge will order a bench warrant for your arrest. At that time, a notice will be sent to your State department of motor vehicles requesting the suspension of your driver’s license.
- A Bench Warrant fee of $100.00 will be added to the cost of the citation.
- A Collection fee of $100.00 will be assessed to the cost of the citation and reported to a collection agency 30 days after you fail to appear in court.
