Appeals Overview:

If a litigant desires to file an appeal with the Court, they will need to provide a filled out copy of the Notice of Appeal and Statement of Facts and Law in Support of the Appeal along with a filing fee and appeal bond. The appeal bond is set by the Justice of the Peace who made the initial ruling in the Henderson Justice Court.
