Criminal Department Overview
Henderson Justice Courts hears felony and gross misdemeanor cases to determine whether there is enough evidence for the case to be bound over to District Court for trial. It also hears misdemeanor non-traffic cases.  The Justice Court Calendar Search is available to search for upcoming hearings by date, defendant and attorney.

FILING A MOTION FOR A HEARING: All attorneys may contact the Clerk's Office at (702) 455-7951 to obtain a hearing date prior to filing a Motion To Place on Calendar.
