ELECTRONIC FILING

Henderson Justice Court is accepting efilings for Formal Civil and Eviction cases via the Courts public access website. Payment for filings can be made via credit card through PayPal.

Filing Timelines
Any filings submitted after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day. During times of high volume, staffing shortages, or office closures, it may take additional time to process your submission. Please keep this in mind when submitting time sensitive filings.

Request an eFile Account
An account is required to access the eFile system and is created via self-registration process. The email you use to register will be the user ID of the account. The registration process can be accessed at: https://cvpublicaccess.clarkcountynv.gov/eservicestrn/register.page?prtlCd=EFILEPUB

After an account has been created the eFile system can be accessed at: https://cvpublicaccess.co.clark.nv.us/eservices/home.page

Attorney’s
If you are an attorney, after creating your eFile account, please contact the Court to request your eFiling account be moved from the Pro Per eFiling portal to the Attorney eFiling portal and provide your Bar Number to be added.

Instructions / Tutorials
A new case can be filed for Eviction, Formal Civil, or Confession of Judgement case. Subsequent filings can be submitted for cases that have already been opened with the Court regardless of if the original filing was submitted electronically or not.
