CRIMINAL CASES: FILING A MOTION FOR A HEARING

Attorneys may contact the Clerk's Office at 702-455-7951 to obtain a hearing date prior to filing a Motion To Place on Calendar.

TRAFFIC CITATIONS: PRE-TRIAL CONFERENCE

ALL Pre-trial conference requests must be submitted by e-mail to HndAtty@ClarkCountyNV.gov.

All requests must include:

• Attorney's name, Nevada State Bar Number and phone number
• Defendant's name and citation / case number; and
• Court date for which citation is currently set.

If the above information is missing from the request, you will not be contacted and a conference will not be scheduled.

The Court will respond by email with the Pre-Trial Conference date.
