Media Requests

All cameras in the courtroom are considered "media." New media groups must obtain prior permission before video or still cameras are allowed in the https://main--clarkcountynv--aemsites.aem.page/assets/images/government/departments/justice_courts/jurisdictions/mesquite/right-justicecourt-mesquite.gifcourtroom.

Rules on cameras and electronic media coverage in the court are covered in the Nevada Supreme Court Rules, Part IV; Rule 229 through 246 - Nevada Supreme Court Rules

A "Media Request and Order Allowing Cameras in the Courtroom" must be granted before cameras are allowed in the courtroom.
