The Office of Diversity is committed to accountability and respect in leadership and representation. Our office provides service and support to all County Departments and citizens on issues pertaining to compliance with Federal and State fair employment laws and non-discrimination law related to the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Our office facilitates trainings, investigates complaints, assesses employee ADA accommodation needs, and manages interactions with Fair Employment Practice agencies.
