Information

[[ “Architecture should speak of its time and place, but yearn for timelessness.” ~Frank Gehry ]]

The 1 October Memorial Committee (“1OMC”) invites professional teams – local, national and international -- to respond to the Call for Qualifications (RFQ). The initial phase in this two-stage RFQ process will identify up to five finalists and, in the second phase, identify one team to construct the memorial.
