Marie McMillan
1926 - 2019
Marie McMillan was among the first women to work at the Nevada Test Site, where she learned the basics of flying before attending flight school. She later achieved numerous aviation records, obtained her commercial pilot's license, and became a flight instructor. McMillan is also recognized for her civil rights work.
