Join Clark County Commissioner Jim Gibson, the Whitney Rec Center, and the STOP Coalition for the Silver Bowl Trunk or Treat for a night of safe trick-or-treating, free food, live music, and games. We'll be awarding prizes for the best costume, best dance, and best decorated car!
