Sponsors include The Harbor, Truancy Prevention Outreach Program (TPOP), Juvenile Justice Probation Officers Association and KCEP Power 88.1. The free event will feature a live DJ, carnival games, a rock-climbing wall, haircuts, classic cars, food, and candy. There also will be a costume contest with prizes for the best decorated vehicles. Community partners also will have booths set up to offer attendees information about programs and services available for families in the Las Vegas Valley.

Participants will enter a spooky Alice in Wonderland-themed candy trail and collect some sweet and tasty candy! Participants must get a wristband to enter the candy trails.
