This family-friendly event, hosted by the Hollywood Recreation Center, features carnival games, trunk-or-treat, food trucks, bounce houses, popcorn, and a free screening of the popular 2012 animated feature “Hotel Transylvania."  The carnival games and activities will happen from 4-6 p.m.  “Hotel Transylvania” screens at 6 p.m.

“SCARE-abration” Halloween Trunk or Treat

Cost: Free
Sponsors include The Harbor, Truancy Prevention Outreach Program (TPOP), Juvenile Justice Probation Officers Association and KCEP Power 88.1. The free event will feature a live DJ, carnival games, a rock-climbing wall, haircuts, classic cars, food, and candy. There also will be a costume contest with prizes for the best decorated vehicles. Community partners also will have booths set up to offer attendees information about programs and services available for families in the Las Vegas Valley.

Walnut Recreation Center (3075 N. Walnut Rd .89115) will host a Wicked Wonderland Halloween event on Thursday, October 27th, from 6 pm until 9 pm. This will be a free event for all ages. Participants will enter a spooky Alice in Wonderland-themed candy trail and collect some sweet and tasty candy! Participants must get a wristband to enter the candy trails.
