WF Facility Rentals
Multipurpose Room (36’ x 33’)
Community: $70 per hour, minimum two hours, $50 for each additional hour.
Commercial: $110 per hour, minimum two hours, $70 for each additional hour.
Warming Kitchen is additional $20 per hour / 2 hr minimum
TV/DVD/Projector/Screen rental $55/day
Classrooms (18’ x 24’), Dance Room (19.5’ x 24’), Blue Room (28’ x 24’)
Community: $60 per hour, minimum two hours, $50 for each additional hour.
Commercial: $90 per hour, minimum two hours, $70 for each additional hour.
Rentals may only be arranged during regular business hours: Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Closed Saturdays and Sundays. Because class enrollments regularly affect the availability of rooms, no room rentals may be made more than one month in advance of the requested date.
No room is reserved or placed on the books until it is paid for.
Available Hours for rental
Monday-Friday: 8 a.m. – 11 p.m. (Rentals must begin cleanup by 10:00 p.m.)
Saturday: 8 a.m. – 11 p.m. (Rentals must begin cleanup by 10:00 p.m.)
Closed on holidays.
Maximum occupancy is 75 persons for the multipurpose room and 30 for the classrooms, due to Fire Department regulations.
Tables (10-rounds, 10-rectangular) and chairs (100) will be provided at user’s request. A TV and either VCR or DVD player, or projector with screen may be rented for $55 or more per day for use of the premises, depending on availability.
Renters must stay off the stage. Only DJ or Band can be on the stage.
No Commercial Usage
The sale of goods, merchandise or services is not permitted on the premises.
Food & Beverage
Food and beverages are permitted. A warming kitchen can be rented for $20/hour, with a two hour minimum. This includes counter space, sink, and microwave, but does not include serving utensils, refrigerator, and freezer or coffee pots. Please bring your own cooler or warming plates.
Excessive Noise Levels
The playing of loud music or the creation of any other disturbing noises will not be permitted, as this would interfere with the activities of other renters or class attendees.
No Smoking or Alcoholic Beverages
Smoking and the consumption of alcoholic beverages are not permitted anywhere within West Flamingo Senior Center. Helium balloons are prohibited.
Setup and Cleanup
etup and cleanup are the responsibility of the renter and should be conducted during the reservation times the renter requests. Additional fees and possible forfeiture of security deposit will be assessed if rooms are not cleaned, organized and returned to their proper order.
A check or money order cleaning deposit of $50 will be required for all rentals. This amount will be refunded if the premises are left clean and undamaged, tables/chairs returned to the proper location, and the event concluded on time. Clark County reserves the right to bill for any damages or excess cleaning required due to renter use.
