The 56' X 56' gazebo at West Flamingo Senior Center provides a covered space and functions as an outdoor patio with 6 tables and 2 barbeques. It is perfect for parties, family reunions, work functions, or baby showers. It is located near restrooms and a playground.

Procedure
Rentals may only be arranged during regular business hours: Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., Closed Saturdays and Sundays.

Rates
Community Rate – $75/daily rate
Commercial Rate – $150/daily rate

Payments
The rental is not reserved or placed on the books until it is paid for.

Available Hours for rental
Monday-Friday: 7 a.m. – 11 p.m. (Rentals must begin cleanup by 10:30 p.m.)
Saturday: 7 a.m. – 11 p.m. (Rentals must begin cleanup by 10:30 p.m.)
Closed on holidays.

Occupancy
Maximum occupancy is 150 persons.

Electricity
There is no electricity. You must bring a generator for items such as Bouncy House, stereos, etc.

Bouncy Houses
You may use one on the list of vendors on file with the County - vendor list (PDF). You may rent from a different vendor; however you must provide a 2 million dollar liability insurance policy with Clark County as a named insured. All bouncy houses & tents must be set up on west side of the gazebo.

Supervision
Children should be supervised while at your function.

Park Police
All reservation forms are forwarded and reviewed by the Park Police office. If Park Police are needed during your permitted reservation, please call (702) 455-7532. Metro can be contacted at 911 (emergency) or 311 (non-emergency).    

Tents
Tents larger than 10 x 20, must have a tent permit from the Fire Department.

No Commercial Usage
The sale of goods, merchandise or services is not permitted on the premises. You may not charge for admission.

Excessive Noise Levels
No amplified music allowed at the gazebo. A small boom box is allowed. Music or sound must not be so loud as to be heard from a distance of more than 75 feet. Park Police may be notified should this become an issue and the rental reservation canceled without a refund.

Food and Alcoholic Beverages
Caterers are ok to use, but no onsite selling of food is allowed. Alcohol is permitted within the designated gazebo area only.

Setup and Cleanup
Setup and cleanup are the responsibility of the renter and should be conducted during the reservation times the renter requests. Additional fees will be assessed if the gazebo is not cleaned and trash is not placed in receptacles.

FAILURE TO FOLLOW CLARK COUNTY POLICY AND GUIDELINES MAY RESULT IN CLOSING DOWN OF THE RENTAL AND THE FORFEITURE OF ALL RENTAL FEES.
