Zap! Winchester Neighborhood Art Zap! is an art tour in the Winchester neighborhood painted by ten outstanding artists in ten different styles. Using utility boxes as canvases, the artists zapped portions of McLeod Drive, Desert Inn Road and Eastern Avenue with color, humor and local history.
