Zap2 Paradise Park Neighborhood Art

In 2008 Clark County hired seven artists to paint utility boxes along the streets in the neighborhood of Paradise Park in the second of what is hoped will be a series of Zap projects. Zap2 was sponsored by Clark County Parks and Recreation
