ZAP 19 is located around Tropicana and Boulder Highway area. Six traffic light cabinets on the corners of the main intersections will be painted by six different artists.

Painting of ZAP! 19 began in December 2025 and was completed in February 2026. A dedication was hosted Thursday, February 12, 2026, from 3PM to 5PM at Parkdale Recreation Center.
