Clark County is thrilled to announce the official groundbreaking and development of Desert Flow at Southwest Ridge, a premier 17-acre outdoor recreation destination. This project represents a significant investment in community health, outdoor adventure, and local infrastructure for the southwest valley.
A specialized bike park serves as a hub for active lifestyles, providing spaces for:
- Skill Development: Safe environments for riders of all ages to progress.
- Outdoor Adventure: High-quality dirt trails and pump tracks in a controlled setting.

Project Vision & Features
Designed to be a world-class destination for the cycling community, Desert Flow features a wide array of specialized tracks and professional-grade amenities:
- Multi-Level Skills Courses: Dedicated zones for both beginners and advanced riders to hone their techniques.
- Pump Tracks & Jump Lines: Progressive features designed for all skill levels to build momentum and air-time confidence.
- Rugged Dirt Trails: Trails specifically engineered for skill progression and rugged outdoor experiences.
- The Main Artery: A 12-foot-wide asphalt-paved trail serving as the primary path through the site, ensuring accessible navigation for all visitors.
Park Amenities
Beyond the trails, the facility is designed for comfort and community gathering:
- Entry Plaza: Featuring professional site lighting, an entry kiosk, and prefabricated restroom facilities.
- Shade & Shelter: A large group shade pavilion and several smaller structures throughout the landscape to provide relief from the elements.
- Parking: A new 50-space parking lot for easy access.
