No Commercial Usage
The sales of goods, merchandise or services are not permitted on premises.
Food & Beverage
Food and beverages are permitted in rooms all rooms except the Gymnasium and Dance rooms. This facility does have oven, range or refrigerator in the Kitchen. Some rooms also have sinks.
Equipment
Tables and chairs are assigned to each room and must be replaced the way you find them. We do not move tables and chairs between rooms.
No Smoking or Alcoholic Beverages
Smoking and consumption of alcoholic beverages are not permitted anywhere within Cambridge Recreation Center.
Excessive Noise Levels
The playing of loud music or the creation of any other disturbing noises will not be permitted anywhere within Cambridge Recreation Center.
Setup and Cleanup
Setup and cleanup are the responsibility of the renter and should be conducted during the reservation times the renter request. Clark County reserves the right to bill for any damages or excess cleaning required due to renter use.
Charleston Room
· Perfect for larger parties & Meetings (i.e. showers, anniversaries, graduation parties, etc.)
· The Charleston room comes with 10 narrow tables, 40 chairs, 1 square table
· The Charleston, Lake Mead & Red Rock Rooms can be rented individually or combined into one larger room · Individual Room Size: 963 sq ft
· Individual Room - 50 people max capacity
Lake Mead Room
· Perfect for larger parties & Meetings (i.e. showers, anniversaries, graduation parties, etc.)
· Lake Mead room comes with 10 narrow tables, 40 chairs, 1 square table
· The Charleston, Lake Mead & Red Rock Rooms can be rented individually or combined into one larger room
· Individual Room Size: 963 sq ft
· Individual Room - 50 people max capacity
Red Rock Room

· Red Rock room comes with 6 round tables, 40 chairs, 2 square tables
· The Charleston, Lake Mead & Red Rock Rooms can be rented individually or combined into one larger room

Kitchen
· Perfect for warming food
· Kitchen comes with refrigerator, microwave, oven, icemaker & dishwasher
· Kitchen comes with No tables and Chairs
· Red Rock Room must be rented to use the kitchen
Valley of Fire Room
· Perfect for larger parties & Meetings (i.e. showers, anniversaries, graduation parties, etc.)
· Valley of Fire room comes with 6 round tables, 40 chairs, 2 square tables
· Individual Room Size: 2,080 sq ft
· Individual Room - 100 people max capacity
Bighorn Room
· Excellent room for clubs and organizations for various activities (i.e. arts & crafts, card games, birthday parties, baby showers, etc.)
· Room Size: 450 Sq. ft.
· 30 max capacity
Dance Room
· Ideal for small events (i.e. dance recitals, dance clubs, etc.)
· Room Size: (1,576 Sq ft.); 32 max capacity
· No food or drink permitted on wood floor
Gymnasium
· 700 max occupancy
· Room Size: 10,332 Sq ft.
· No food or drink permitted on wood floor
Equipment
· Dance floor - 18’ x 18’ and must rent entire rental
· Stage – 12’ x 6’ and must rent entire rental
· Scoreboard/console rental
