Clark County Youth Theatre
Description:
The Clark County Youth Theatre Program gives young performers a fun, affordable way to explore the magic of the stage. Participants can take part in low‑cost theatre productions, attend engaging classes, and get hands-on experience in every part of the theatre world, from acting and movement to set design, costumes, and behind‑the‑scenes tech. Whether they’re stepping into the spotlight or discovering new skills backstage, students learn, create, and grow in a supportive, inclusive environment.
Mission Statement:
Clark County Youth Theatre’s mission is to empower young voices through the transformative experience that is creative theatre. We strive to create spaces where equality and equity coexist. Each participant has the access to the same opportunities' while addressing individual needs; the youth regardless of background and class can thrive and contribute to a diverse community. Through creativity, collaboration, and storytelling, we aim to create a stage where fairness isn’t just imagined but put into practice.
