Administrative Waivers / Minor Deviations – Per Title 30.06.09.N.1 the administrative Minor Deviation, Public Works procedure is to allow minor modifications or deviations from various standards of this Title and from an approved land use application and associated plans. Minor Deviations, Public Works are intended to provide greater flexibility without requiring a Waiver of Development Standards or Variance.

Administrative Extension of Time – Per Title 30.06.06.A.1 the purpose of the administrative extension of time is to extend an approved application’s expiration date. These applications include Off-Site Permits, ROW Dedication per Notice of Final Action, Public Works Conditions of Approval, and Subdivision Map requirements.

Title 30 Administrative Minor Deviation / Extension of Time Application

Submittal Requirements:

• Submit at the Clark County Public Works Development Review Counter, 1st Floor of Government Center (in paper form). All applications must be tied to an associated permit/record number.
• See Title 30 Standards for Acceptance under Title 30.06 Applicant will be notified the decision by mail within ten (10) days of approval.
• Applications associated with the off-site or building permit won’t be approved until the permit/plan is.
