Administrative Vacation of Patent Easements (VAPE)
To vacate patent easements only, without a public hearing per 30.16.140.

New Submittals:
Send e-mail to ccpwmapteam@ClarkCountyNV.gov to schedule submittal appointment.  The following information is required to schedule administrative vacation of patent easements - 

• Copies of all utility agency response letters
• Notarized letters of consent are required from all property owners adjacent to the easement and/or any extension of the easement to the nearest dedicated right-of-way.
• Assessor parcel number(s)
