Bond Processing

Construction Management Development Division-Dispatch is responsible for all Off-Site Improvements Agreements, Performance Bond, Cash-in-Lieu Bond, Bond Estimate fees, Certificate of Liability Insurance and W-9 forms as required in Accordance with Title 30 for issuance of a Clark County Off-Site Construction Permit.

A checklist has been provided below to assist with the needed documents in order to submit for an Off-Site permit.

Certificate of Liability Insurance

The Off-Site Agreement, Performance and Guaranty Bond, as well as the Cash-in-Lieu Bond Agreement must be original non-duplicated documents as supplied by Clark County Public Works Development Review.  These documents are available for pick-up at 500 South Grand Central Parkway 1st Floor at the Public Works Development Review counter.

Prefinal/Final Inspection Request
Requests for Prefinal/Final Inspection must be made in writing and emailed to dispatch@clarkcountynv.gov.  Prefinal/Final Electric inspections are to be made via the Dispatch Line at (702)-455-4610.
