Submittal Requirements:
- Letter of request of refund listing the application numbers for DS and OS on letterhead
- Copy of the Grading application
- Copy of the receipt
- Copy of the off-site permit
- W-9 for the Developer
- Vendor Supplier Information
Submittal Instructions:
- Email refund requests to Ashley Schulenburg CarrA@ClarkCountyNV.gov and JaWaan Dodson jawaan@clarkcountynv.gov
- Attach the required documents listed above.
