Las Vegas Boulevard South Survey (LVBSS) (RS)
For right-of-way dedication purposes, the applicant shall perform a survey to determine underlying title rights in relationship to “as built” improvements on Las Vegas Boulevard. For all projects along Las Vegas Boulevard, a transportation study shall identify the necessary improvements in relation to the determination of necessary right-of-way. (See also 30.04.08.D.6)
The County may require additional dedication of right-of-way for public purposes. Right-of-way dedication along Las Vegas Boulevard South may be required up to the width designated per the approved Transportation Map(s) of the Comprehensive Master Plan (200 foot width from Sahara Avenue to St. Rose Parkway and 200 foot width from St. Rose Parkway to the California border).
