Clark County Public Works awards professional services contracts using a qualifications-based selection process called the Statement of Qualifications (SOQ). The current SOQ rankings list was approved by the Board of County Commissioners in December 2021 and is effective January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2023.

The Public Works SOQ Submittal cycle was open summer 2021 and is now closed. The next open submittal period is anticipated in summer 2023.
