Clark County Public Works awards professional services contracts using a qualifications-based selection process called the
Statement of Qualifications (SOQ).
The current SOQ rankings list was approved by the Board of County Commissioners in December 2021 and is effective January 1, 2022, through December 31, 2023.

The Public Works SOQ submittal period for the next cycle from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2025, opens July 5, 2023.

- Current Firm Rankings will roll into the next cycle with the exception of Construction Management services and new service categories.
- All firms on a rollover list must submit an updated Firm Information Form by email to SOQ@ClarkCountyNV.gov.
- New firms may request to be added to a rollover list; however, they will be evaluated for ranked placement at the bottom of the current ranking. Requests must be sent by email to receive an invite from Bonfire for submittal completion.

- Construction Management - Quality Assurance (Materials Testing and Inspection)
- Construction Management - Constructability/Independent Cost Analysis
- Construction Management - Scheduling Services

- Design Engineering Division - Staff Augmentation
- Environmental Engineering
- Traffic Management - Staff Augmentation
Firms completing a submittal must register as a Vendor using the Bonfire Procurement Portal:
https://clarkcountynv.bonfirehub.com. Firms may work on their submittals online from July 5, 2023, to September 5, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. Submittals will be automatically collected at 5:00 p.m. PST on September 5, 2023. No SOQs will be considered after the posted closing date and time.
