Traffic Signal Long Lead Item Form
- This form shall be submitted between July 1st and December 31st of each year to procure materials before the end of each fiscal year. Material acquisition time is estimated to be 180 days. Plan accordingly and submit this form to ensure that materials are available before NTP for the project.
- This form is to be completed only if the project construction time is less than 200 days.
- This form is to be completed and returned to Traffic Management Massoud Javid and CC: Jimmy Benoit at 90% design completion and shall be accompanied by 90% traffic signal design sheets only.
- One form shall be completed for each traffic signal intersection for a project.
