If you are requesting the use of County-owned property—such as easements, temporary construction access, grading, or similar activities—please complete the form linked below and submit it, along with all required documentation, to RealPropertyManagementPMA@ClarkCountyNV.gov.
All forms must be fully completed before they can be processed. Please note the County does not provide real estate services, identify or research property for non-County use. Please contact a real estate agent, broker or other professional of your choice for those services.
